When Fuku returns home for the holidays, she finds her sister-in-law, Kasumi, a former top student and employee of a major corporation, withdrawn from society after suffering a mental breakdown due to overwork. Her family urges her to seek treatment, but Fuku feels that Kasumi has broken down from forcing herself to act a certain way.
